Whats the story here..once again the kunt is out and about with his little sticks and piles of rocks..today he had the bit between Toms and Kilmashogue strewn with bits of stick and piles of little rocks..
then off up the WW water bars he had piles of rocks and some sticks thrown randomly across the thing..
Now its very irritating..all it does is give me the creeps..if I ever encounter him, i'm pretty sure I am going to trip over one of the rocks or sticks and as I'm falling my hands will be flailing about and probably punch him in the nose..
has anybody seen this idiot..take a picture !!
was up there this morning and the fast trail across front of mountain was destroyed with plies of rocks on on the blind side of fast corners.. and there were rocks all over a lot of other trails... He has been very active last few weeks.. one night I did the climb up from Toms at 8 in the eve and it was clear,out again next morning at 9.30 it was covered in little piles of rocks.. Not a lot we can do about it but a photo of the ****er would be good as you could keep an eye out for him follow him as he works and we could make life hell for him...
Oh yes, big time! I was up there on a lonely spin about 2 months ago and there were rocks all over the upper trail. He seems to roll them off the side of the mountain right onto the trail, they were not in blind spots though... rather random. He might have learned where to put them since then...
He's been spotted by a couple of members of MAD, The last time we seen him he tripped over one of him own rocks walking down Toms. He doesn't seem to be 100%.
Toms and the section between Dogtown and the Boneshaker is his usual stomping grounds
the WW is new. The off road commission sent out a post a few months ago about rocks on the Coillte trails, reasonable to assume its the same person. Coillte said they'll press charges if he's caught.
He gets around an awful lot of mountain for one guy. It's funny, every time I've come across his work I can't help thinking to myself 'what a wasted talent' when he could be putting all that effort into making trails. How many hours does the guy spend up there? Some club should give him free membership............ God bless him, I'm sure he's just misunderstood.

He's my bet as well! We used to live up in Ticknock just past his house and he was always wandering around day and night. You would need to have endless time to be able to do all that "work" on the trails! He's definitely a sandwich short ........

I think the lad we have seen lives near the blue light. He is going to some effort, some of the boulders he put around the front of the mountain it has taken 2 or 3 of us ton get rid of them.
Well I went for an early spin this morning and I was lucky enough to see the knob jockey at work. He was building a small wall at the top end of the climb above Toms Sex Shop. He's medium/fat build, tight white curly hair with a big round biscuit head and round glasses with steel rims. He has two dogs with him, a black labrador with a reflective collar and a doberman type mongrel . He was wearing a leinster rugby top and he had an old Lowe Alpine back pack. I asked him what the story with the rocks was but he completely blanked me.
