The Venerable Dromara Cycling CLub is running their MTB race next Saturday in Dromara , its in Down and the organistion is deadly , the course is identical to Kilruddery ( honest !!)
I'm going because I'm training hard for the Nationals and don;t want to be crap ! everybody should go..it will be deadly..afterwards I;m heading to Sainsburies in Newry to buy a load of cheap drink !

if Niall davis can be beaten..
So can Bob Benchcut and it might only take a few laps of Dunmore Mountain ( listed in Bear Grylls compedium of scary mountains ) to make the leap to supernatural mtb stardom.
Columbo is dead , so theres feck all to watch on the tellybox of a Saturday so why not.
We're all heathens down here..so you can race Dunmore ( 11 on the BG list of scary mountains) get drunk Saturday night and stay in bed all day Sunday dreaming of gurls in bikinis/men in speedos, elusive 2 week long skids and whos the next judge on X factor..its a win win win win situation !!
I'm on the Turbo trainer right now with a bottle of Merlot in the old High 5 bottle, watching

I'm stoked !
Had a spin around the course last night. It certainly puts the "mountain" back into mountain biking. A couple of tight climbs with not much of a break in between them followed by some quality descending. Plenty of spots to overtake, especially in the final sprint for the line.
Dromara sounds good.. looking for advice on cats..
Ride A3 on the road, not up to much this year

bought a focus hardtail from cliffy on sth william st last week there
went mountainbikeing for the first time ever in ticknock on saturday
had a ball...
biting off more than I can chew with a race?
would I go for S4, S3?
hell yeah..if its your first do S4 !!! by the way I am running a spin next sunday 10.00am in Ticknock for Eurocycles Customers and people who bought Focus, Corratecs and Felts off us !

Dunmore is not a real mountain..but its a good little course with some really nice sections.
Come on now there had better be some Southern S1s in this race !!

Banger....! You should come to our Tuesday night club races..... or Epic's races on a Thursday.... think with some sweet talking you could get a race number....
