Wednesday 14th July Big Kids spin for 12 year olds up !

Hey any of you out there on Holidays and want a spin around Djouce with me.
Time : 4.00
Place : Djouce Woods

Now parents need to come along as well. Unless you stay in the car park till we return, it will only be an hour.

you will need

1.a Helmet
2. At least 1 tube
3. Water
4. Food - a banana, jellies or the bodacious Mars Bar.
