Its rider no 18, Chilean so South American. The South African's guy results were correct I think

The 10th place result (rider no. 18 ) looks funny. I am nearly sure he was behind me for a lot of the race but I don't think he passed me (i finished 14th), i'm not 100% sure about that. But if you look at his times they don't really add up, he would of had to done a 16 min final lap to have beaten Oisin to 10th spot.
