Going from Johnny Foxes up the sideroad past the Golf Course and up Fairy Castle over To tibradden..then back up Fairy down Fergals trails and back up and over to 2 rock and then down to Johnny Foxes for a fine pint of Guinness in ireland highest kip !!

If there's a couple of inches of snow on the ground I'll be there, if there's not I'll be working unfortunatley..

well that was an amazing spin..savage hard ..savage..well done to everybody ..the extreme slippiness of 3 rock covered in ice..there must have been close on 30 people !!
I know I call them newbie spins but they are hardcore 100%...we stop for people as opposed to the terminal pace of the Sunday Spin..
But that will make you stronger as you can see by the brilliant progress of Shona,Leeza and Carol..
Some craic though, especially at my expense !! Great to see such a large group of ladies out..all going really well..Natalie and Carol setting the standard by clearing the Deathbridge of Death on KDM !!..
Not to mention The Upcoming " EPIC - The Musical" ..

Fair play to everybody for following me back up Fairy Castle. Impressive stuff..now all I have to do is resurrect Brian Rogan on Saturdays and we're laughing..

There was a lot of danger today..especially around Sham..
Fair play everybody that was an extreme gnarly hard danger wolf squadron alpha Spin..

I would just like to add that todays spin would be a normal route for savages.
The only difference was the pace.
But girls and boys..you have to have a go at things..theres a whole heap of people who will catch you if you fcuk up. that Bridge on KDM only needs confidence, it was bone dry today and the perfect time to do it. But riding around it will just make you soft.
And just try to ride stuff..
We'll have a skills day in the new Year and build up some confidence.
mountainbiking is very hard..I wouldn't be anywhere near it if it was easy.
Don't be falling in to the Ballnastoe trap..that will make you soft too.
Djouce is nearer and better.

I had a crackin spin today, great to find that mojo I left up there on Tuesday. That ice was so much fun, it really adds a new dimension to those trails. With regards to the danger, Im registering that endo whammy, I quite liked that even though it wasn't deliberate. Next time it probably will be.

Great to get out with such a large crowd. So much to learn from everybody, Its amazing the confidence I get seeing the likes of Tim, Alfie and Luke going ahead, I just think oh thats doable and try it. Doesnt always work but hey at least i tried.

Thanks Richie for leading out the spin and for supplying the entertainment on KDM.

That was a fantastic spin yesterday Richie... plenty of hardcore trails and lots of ice to keeps us on our toes (or on my face in my case) Also hats off to Alfie for sorting me out with a spare tube I went through 3 yesterday ..2 punctures and a ripped off valve!! what can i say i'm a bloody rookie
