Hello as i am taking the kiddies around at 1.00..I'm going short and sweet on Saturday. So if you are a potential new member heres another opportunity.
There are several of you wasters/ lapsed members who have been threatening for ages to come back out..heres your chance..

theres a lot of interest in this spin from comeback kids and others. So the pace won't be animal , however it will be old skool, which means more downhill than uphill..

no that would be unwise..you definitely need something you can pedal..theres a lot of climbing in between the downhill bits.
Unless you are a beast a regular Sunday spin bike is the way to go, if you have the legs a 6" is perfect
if you are really quick on the downhill bits and can grind away in the granny gears up the climbs then you will be grand on a 6" bike..

What to do, what to do... Cat weather and lots of rain = savage kayaking V's Short and sweet spin = lots fun mtn biking, perfect spin for a lapsed 8 month member.... Have to think about this one...
Na, still good and healthy... legs muscle probably a little low on power! Going to go kayaking... Should be around next Sat if its not going to be too savage, otherwise whens the next social spin?
the following Saturday will be around Cloon and Curtlestown and won't be terrible savage, the next Social Spin will be the First Sunday in February.

well that was a deadly spin, with another great crowd..Djouce was schlompy..great to see ssome new and old faces mixing it together.
Some great riding too ..I haven't seen a bike like Nialls in a long time..he had a few nearly over the bar moments too..
