you run up the hill..then pick up your bike..ride it across the hill...and back down, then run around another bit and whoever finishes first wins..
or something..i am in talks with experts..you will know soon enough..

Sounds like a bit of craic. Count me in for sure. Can we wear tight running shorts cos I have a smashing pair from my school days. I am sure i could find them if I really looked. I have no idea where they are at all at all but they might be in my top drawer. Maybe.
